App for alarm reception connected to PosifonCare, an operational system for GPS alarms.PosifonCare is a new system for GPS alarms that has been developed by Posifon AB together with eight municipalities in a research and development project. The goal has been to enable a wider use of GPS alarms, as well as efficient and quality-assured working methods with good user-friendliness. PosifonCare is an open system with high IT security, which can handle different types of products. All Posifons GPS alarms are linked to it, for easy management regardless of the GPS device used. In this way, the functions can be adapted to the needs of the users. The system broadens the target group for welfare technology and opens up new, innovative ways of handling alarm flows. PosifonCare is available as an internet platform and app, which provides increased flexibility in use. With the system, we are taking big steps towards a widespread introduction of GPS alarms.
